However, being on the ground floor near reception and the kitchen meant it was quite noisy, especially in the mornings. The stayover room service was lacking attention to detail, with only a quick touch-up on the bed and bathroom, neglecting cleaning glasses or mugs and not restocking the minibar or providing fresh coffee and tea.
